1. A *Grievance Redressal Week* is being organized at the *Nagpur Zilla Parishad*.
2. This program is part of the Maharashtra Government’s 150-day e-governance initiative.
3. The week will run from December 24th to 31st 2025, with the aim of resolving various complaints, difficulties, and demands of the citizens.
4. During this week, all Panchayat Samiti offices and Gram Panchayats in the district will use the PG portal and the ‘Aaple Sarkar’ grievance redressal system for online registration of complaints.
5. All heads of departments of the Zilla Parishad, Block Development Officers in the Panchayat Samitis, and Gram Sevaks have been instructed to prioritize and resolve citizens’ complaints.
