Online Video Competition 2026”** has been organized. 🎥🌿
The objective of this competition is to promote the Ayurvedic lifestyle and to provide people with an opportunity to showcase their knowledge, experiences, and useful information related to Ayurveda through the medium of video.

In Each Category:
🥇 First Place – ₹7,000
🥈 Second Place – ₹3,000
📌 *Video Topics:*
1️⃣ Ayurvedic Daily Routine (Dinacharya)
2️⃣ Ayurvedic Seasonal Routine (Ritucharya)
3️⃣ Ayurvedic Care for Pregnant Women
4️⃣ Garbhasamskar (Prenatal Care & Nurturing)
5️⃣ Traditional Recipes from AYUSH Systems
🎬 Participants may submit their videos in the format of a *General Reel* or an *AI Reel*.

* Fill out the Google Form.
* Upload your video to the provided Drive link.
