General Administration Department

General Administration Department is an important department of Zilla Parishad, Nagpur. This department controls the appointment, promotion, transfer of class-3, class-4 employees in Zilla Parishad, Nagpur. Similarly, vehicle, BNI, pension, account wise enquiry, confidential report, national program etc. The works are carried out through this department. Additionally, the salaries, allowances, and service-related matters of the Hon’ble Chief Executive Officer, Hon’ble Additional Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (General), and all Block Development Officers are reviewed. Furthermore, the organizational structure and working procedures of all departments, as well as P.S. inspection work, are carried out on behalf of the Hon’ble Chief Executive Officer. All government references coming in the name of Hon’ble Chief Executive Officer through the registration branch of this department, references from government semi-government offices, Hon’ble Lok Commissioner, Hon. All correspondence received from public representatives and general citizens is received by this branch. After that they are distributed to the Zilla Parishad, concerned department of internal affairs. Apart from this, the coordination meetings of department heads and group development officers of panchayat committees and other officials at the village level are organized through this department.
