    Government of India Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme :-

    Objective:

    School dropout rate of scheduled caste students should be reduced. The said scholarship is given.

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. It will be applicable to students studying in government recognized schools.
    2. Income limit of students and parents should be Rs 2 lakh for scholarship.
    3. Students must apply.
    Nature of Benefit: For 10 months
    A. No. Plan Non-residents of the hostel Living in a hostel
    1 Scholarship Rate (Per Month) Rs. 150/- Rs. 350/-
    2 Books and Ad Hoc Grant (Annual) Rs. 750/- Rs. 1000/-

    Apart from scholarship as above, additional allowances for disabled students in unaided schools are as follows.

    How To Apply

    Method of Application:
    As per Government Decision, Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Ministry of Mumbai dated 17.12.2018 and dated 16.02.2019, applications for this scholarship for the year 2018-19 are being accepted through offline mode.
