Scheme to develop settlement of sub-caste and neo-enlightened community.

Objectives:

Tap water supply, sewerage, sanitation facilities in every Dalit settlement to meet the basic needs of Scheduled Castes and New Enlightened Community. This plan is for its overall development by making infrastructure arrangements like connecting roads, internal roads, community temples, etc.

Nature of Benefit:

According to the government decision dated 05th December 2011, according to the population criteria, every Scheduled Caste and Newly Enlightened communities are given the following subsidy in terms of population.

1. A comprehensive plan has been prepared for the work to be undertaken under this scheme in the next five years from the year 2013. It is available on the respective district website.
2. The work proposal mentioned in the comprehensive plan is expected to be prepared by the Gar Panchayat along with the appropriate documents and submitted to the Zilla Parishad Social Welfare Department through the Group Development Officer.
