Subsidized old age homes and de-addiction

Objectives:

1. The scheme was started to ensure that old age can be spent well and happily.
2. De-addiction to addicts.

Nature of Benefit:

1. The scheme has been running since 1963 to run the old age home on grant basis through a government recognized NGO.
2. The institution should be registered under the Institutions Registration Act 1960 and the Public Trusts Act 1850.
3. The said old age home is provided through food, clothing, shelter, medication, entertainment, entertainment.
4. Destitute and destitute 60 and destitute men above 60 years and women above 55 years are admitted to the old age home.
5. Nutrition Subsidy per month from 1st January 2012 instead of Rs. 630/- as Rs. 900/- per month is given
6. Entry number of Wuddhishrama is minimum 25 and building construction subsidy of Rs. 750/- is given once for each Wuddhi.
7. Grants are given to recognized de-addiction centers by the central government.
