Zilla Parishad 20 percent Cess Fund (Individual Benefit Scheme)

Objectives:

The said scheme is implemented from the resources of Zilla Parishad. As per the recommendation of the Social Welfare Committee, materials are distributed to the beneficiaries on 100% subsidy under the individual scheme for the welfare of backward students and farmers and for the unemployed.

>Nature of Benefit:

1. To provide ladies cycle to backward class students studying in school.
   (Note:- The distance of the students from the school must be at least 2 km)
2. Providing sewing machines to backward class women
   ( Anu. Caste / V. Ja. / Bh. / J / V. Ma .Pr)
   (Note:- Sewing Certificate and Caste Certificate required)
3. Providing palm leaves to backward class farmers.
4. Providing motor pumps to backward class farmers.
5. Providing HDEP pipes to backward class farmers.
6. Providing oil engines to backward class farmers.
   (Note:- Backward class farmers need 7/12,8(a) and map of agriculture along with the application for the above benefit and breed certificate)
7. Providing bed center loudspeaker mandap decoration to backward class unemployed.
   (Note:- Gram Sevak certificate that the applicant is unemployed, caste certificate, vacancy certificate is required)
8. Upgradation of Backward Class Settlements
9. Providing Shevai machines to the unemployed from the backward classes.
10. Providing air compressors to backward class unemployed.
11. Providing solar lanterns to backward class in rural areas.

( Note:- Proposals for all above schemes are accepted through Panchyat Committee)
